- Agreement to these terms
By visiting our website, browsing our products, or placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms of Service.
These terms apply to all users of the site, including customers, browsers and anyone who contributes content.
If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website or place an order.
- Who can order
By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, that the information you give us is true and complete, and that you are ordering for personal use and not for resale.
We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where we suspect the order is fraudulent, where the delivery address is outside the areas we serve, or where a product has been listed at an incorrect price.
- Products
We sell cosmetic skincare products for external use only.
We make every effort to display our products accurately. However, the colour, texture and appearance of a product may look slightly different on your screen compared to real life, and packaging may change from time to time.
Product availability is not guaranteed. If an item you have ordered is unavailable, we will contact you to arrange a replacement, an alternative, or a cancellation of that item.
- Prices and payment
All prices are shown in euro and include VAT where applicable.
Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout and are not included in the product price. A ferry fee applies to deliveries to Gozo.
We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
For cash on delivery orders, payment is made in cash to the driver at the time of delivery. Please have the correct amount ready where possible.
If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid.
- Orders and confirmation
An order is only confirmed once we have accepted it and, where relevant, sent you a confirmation message.
Orders placed through WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger or our website are all subject to these terms.
Please check your name, mobile number, delivery address and order details carefully. We are not responsible for failed or delayed deliveries caused by incorrect information supplied by the customer.
- Delivery
Delivery times given by us are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Our driver will normally contact you before delivery. If we are unable to reach you or complete the delivery after reasonable attempts, we may return the order and may charge for a further delivery attempt.
Risk in the products passes to you once the products have been delivered to you.
- Returns and refunds
Returns, refunds, exchanges and cancellations are governed by our Returns and Refunds Policy, which forms part of these terms.
In summary, for health protection and hygiene reasons we cannot accept the return of any product that has been opened, used, or whose seal has been broken. Unopened and unused products may be returned within 14 days.
- Skin safety and important health notice
Our products are cosmetics intended for external use on the skin only. They are not medicines and they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition.
You should always read the ingredients before use and carry out a patch test on a small area of skin before applying a new product more widely.
Stop using the product immediately and seek medical advice if you experience irritation, redness, burning, swelling or any other reaction.
Do not use our products on broken, damaged or irritated skin. Avoid contact with the eyes and rinse with water if contact occurs. Keep all products out of reach of children.
If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking prescribed medication, undergoing dermatological treatment, or have a known skin condition or allergy, please consult a doctor or pharmacist before use.
Results vary from person to person. Any results described on our website, in customer reviews, or in our marketing are individual experiences and are not a promise or guarantee of the results you will achieve.
- Customer reviews and content
Where you submit a review, photograph, comment or other content to us, you confirm that it is your own, that it is truthful, and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.
By submitting content you give us permission to use, display and share that content in connection with our business, including on our website and social media, without payment.
We may edit or remove content that is offensive, misleading, unlawful, or that makes medical claims about our products.
